Where your data lives
In your software. We work inside it. We don't download or store client data on our systems. For desktop software and spreadsheets, files stay in your shared folder or on your machine through remote desktop. We delete any working copies when the job is done.
Access
Named logins, two-factor on everything, access only to assigned clients, removed within 1 working day of finishing.
UK GDPR
We act as your processor. A data processing agreement is signed before work starts, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement covers our overseas delivery team.
People
Every team member signs an NDA and completes confidentiality training.
Devices
Company-managed, encrypted, screen lock, no personal devices for client work.
AI policy
We use AI to sort transactions, read receipts and match bank lines. A person checks every entry before it comes back to you. Your clients' data is never used to train AI models.
