No. We work under your firm's name. Your clients only hear from us if you ask us to contact them.
Our delivery team is in Pakistan and works UK hours. Because they access UK data from abroad, we sign a DPA and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement with you. That's what UK GDPR requires, and most outsourcers skip explaining it.
For cloud software like Xero and QuickBooks, you add us as a user with access to only the clients we work on. For desktop software like VT Transaction+, Moneysoft or IRIS, and for spreadsheets, we work over secure remote desktop or an encrypted shared folder you control. You can remove our access at any time.
