Invitrex started as a software team working with accounting practices. We kept seeing the same thing: good firms turning away work because they couldn't hire. Recruitment took too long, qualified people cost more than a growing practice could justify, and the backlog kept building regardless.

So we changed the model. We put qualified accountants and the tools we build ourselves together, so a practice gets extra hands without adding headcount. The tools handle the repetitive part of the work. A qualified person checks everything before it comes back to you, so speed is never traded for accuracy.

That combination is what makes the work fast, checked and affordable, rather than a choice between the three. We work only with accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices, because that focus is what lets us understand your busy periods and your deadlines before you have to explain them.

Invitrex is run from the UK. Your contract is with a UK company, and you get a named UK contact. Our qualified delivery team is based in Pakistan and works UK hours, 9am to 5:30pm. That's how we can charge £8 an hour without cutting corners.

All the work happens inside your own Xero, QuickBooks or Dext. We don't download your clients' data. We sign the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, so overseas access is properly covered under UK GDPR, and we give you ready-made wording for your engagement letters.
